Our owner, Michael, used to buy adult toys online to have fun with his partner. Unless he paid for express courier service, the products would take 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on the country they were shipped in from. One time when the products Michael purchased actually arrived on time, he discovered that the vibrator was faulty. When he called the store, he was assured that the store had an exchange policy for faulty items. However, the store also stated that it was up to Michael to engage a local courier company and pay for shipping the faulty item to the store and also for shipping the replacement to himself. So much for an exhange policy.

Having gone through some not-so-good experiences at the hands of overseas as well as local retailers, Michael decided to import a choice selection of sex toys and sell them to customers in Singapore. And here's something no other sex toys shop will do for you. When you need a delivery in the middle of the night, just let us know and we will deliver the products at your chosen address. However, there is an extra cost of S$20 associated with this service.
